What You’ll Do

• Manage financial reporting for government and private grants
• Track grant budgets, expenditures, and allowable costs
• Prepare and submit grant invoices, reimbursement requests, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with grant agreements, funding guidelines, and audit requirements
• Reconcile grant accounts and support month-end and year-end close
• Assist with grant-related audits and provide required documentation
• Partner with program managers to monitor grant spending and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of grant accounting or nonprofit accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of grant compliance and restricted funds
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple grants
