• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Partner with external auditors and internal teams during audits and financial reviews
• Evaluate, enhance, and maintain internal controls, while driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide mentorship and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proven ability to improve processes and work cross‑functionally
