TAX ACCOUNTANT

ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Accountant. In this role, you will manage tax compliance, prepare accurate tax returns, and provide strategic tax planning to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

• Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation
• Collaborate with business owners/partners for tax planning and compliance needs
• Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
• Provide tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• 3–5+ years of experience in Tax Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
