• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
• Perform and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis across various business lines.
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with ERP support, configuration, and testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work with IT and accounting teams to identify and implement system improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with property managers and operations personnel to ensure accurate financial reporting for real estate assets.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment for real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Navision) required, including general ledger, dimensions, and reporting modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP system optimization, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
