As a Security Officer - Facility Access Monitor in Fremont, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control professional at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking access to restricted areas to help deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter security‑related incidents and observe for unusual activity.
• Document and report all security‑related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with client representatives and Allied Universal management to address security‑related concerns and/or procedural updates.
• Assist with implementing emergency response procedures as directed by site protocols.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
