2nd Shift CNC Operators

Renhill recently joined a company that has been a trusted partner to manufacturers since 1995. By providing expert machining, fabrication, cutting, bending, welding and powder coating services for both metal and plastic components. Their mission is to strengthen and grow American manufacturing through precision craftsmanship and reliable service. We are seeking an experienced CNC operator.

2nd shift $22-$30 HR depending on experience. You must have 5 years experience as well as a CNC operator. Hours are Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm you may be required to work 11am-7:30pm no exception, this is rare, but it will occur.

Machine Setup & Operation:
Load/unload metal/plastic materials, install/adjust cutting tools, and operate CNC machines according to blueprints and CAD/CAM files.

Production Monitoring:
Supervise machine operations to ensure proper performance, adjusting settings to compensate for tool wear or material variances (e.g., plastic melting vs. metal cutting).

Quality Inspection:
Use precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify that parts meet exact tolerances and specifications.

Maintenance & Cleaning:
Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, replacing tools, and cleaning machinery/work areas.

Safety & Documentation:
Adhere to safety guidelines, including using PPE to protect against flying particles and hazardous fumes from plastics. Record production data and logs.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and report machine malfunctions or deviations from quality standards.
