Job Summary
Under the direction of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Director, the Regional HSE Professional provides hands‑on, regional HSE support across multiple active projects within an assigned geographic area. This is a field‑forward, boots‑on‑the‑ground role that routinely walks job sites, observes work in progress, and engages crews and supervision to identify hazards and confirm controls are in place and effective. The Regional HSE Professional works with foremen, superintendents, and project leadership to mitigate hazardous conditions in real time, reinforce safe work behaviors, and help crews plan work safely and consistently.
In addition to active field support, the Regional HSE Professional identifies patterns, trends, and recurring conditions across projects that may influence decision‑making and behaviors, and supports consistent, risk‑informed application of company HSE programs. The role partners with Site HSE Supervisors (when assigned) share regional learnings, coordinate priorities, and reinforce consistent program applications. The Regional HSE Professional collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to provide field‑based coaching, verification, and escalation support related to health, safety, and environmental risk management;
however, this position does not direct day‑to‑day construction operations, production sequencing, scheduling, staffing, or means and methods.

Travel is necessary to observe work activities, engage with project leadership, and support regional HSE objectives. Travel frequency and regional coverage are determined based on operational needs and in coordination with the HSE Director.
Upon approval from the HSE Director, this position may be a hybrid role. Based on your location, your branch office can be Fremont OH, Marion OH, or Hilliard OH.
