What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day field operations across commercial project sites
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and onsite crews
• Ensuring quality and safety standards are executed consistently
• Managing client expectations and fostering strong relationships
• Driving project progress from mobilization through completion

Who This Role Is Ideal For

• A Superintendent with experience in commercial construction
• Someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and hands-on leadership
• K-12 experience a plus, but not required
• A field leader who communicates well and builds strong project teams
