Master Electricians are responsible for installing and servicing electrical components related to HVAC systems, ensuring safe and high‑quality workmanship on every job site.

• Pay range: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
• Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year

• Complete electrical service calls, installations, and troubleshooting for HVAC customers
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service and build rapport with customers
• Maintain organized job sites and properly inventory trucks
• Accurately complete paperwork, invoices, and time cards
• Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events
• Mentor and guide apprentices for skill development
• Actively participate in trade shows and off‑site trainings

• Master Electrician license (Nebraska or reciprocal state)
• Experience in HVAC electrical installations preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and customer communication skills
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies
