We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support financial processes, and ensure accurate reporting across key business functions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and administrative support for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or accounting, experience with payroll and purchasing functions, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Financial & Budget Support
  • Assist with budget expense control and monitor overall financial performance.
  • Review accounts payable (AP) invoices prior to submission to Corporate for payment.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports related to Sales, Budget, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Inventory, and Production.
Accounting & Purchasing
  • Develop and improve office procedures and accounting functions in collaboration with management.
  • Create and process purchase orders for vendors.
  • Receive purchased goods and attach required documentation within SAP.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production quantity records.
Payroll Administration
  • Produce daily payroll reports through ADP for supervisory approval.
  • Calculate and process weekly payroll, including overtime, vacation, and holiday pay.
  • Approve payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Human Resources Support
  • Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork and training coordination.
  • Maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Administrative Duties
  • Compose and manage business correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating computers, Microsoft Office programs, and standard office equipment.
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) and ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Monday – Friday, dayshift hours.
