- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure US GAAP adherence and support audit, tax filing, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial performance results and provide actionable insights to assist leadership decisions.
- Maintain internal control systems and ensure proper documentation across accounting records.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on financial and accounting matters.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency in Fremont, Nebraska operations.
- CPA certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
