Role Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist will support inventory operations by coordinating the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items. This role works closely with engineering and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of requests.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items, including organizing and labeling inventory locations.
- Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to support procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation by tracking stock levels, inventory movements, and adjustments.
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Inventory and warehouse management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Appian, Ariba).
- Effective English communication skills (written and verbal).
