As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of incoming parts to ensure they meet quality standards. You will efficiently sort and organize parts according to project specifications, quickly adapt to changing workflows as new projects rotate every 48–72 hours, and accurately identify and verify specific part numbers. Your role will also involve supporting inventory management and maintaining organization within the warehouse to facilitate smooth operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Personal characteristics include reliability, punctuality, and an excellent eye for detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and able to adapt quickly to new tasks are essential. Basic physical ability to handle inventory movement and inspection tasks is required. Certifications are not mandatory, but previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.

This position is on‑site in Fremont, CA, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, and overnight. Shifts are as follows:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
