** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest standards of safety and housekeeping within a regulated warehouse environment.
Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Schedule:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week Assignment Period:
March 2026 - September 2026 (Possibility for extension or conversion)
** Key Responsibilities*
* Order Fulfillment & Shipping
+ Accurately pick, pack, stage, scale, and load customer orders for internal and external movement using an RF gun.
+ Prepare all required shipping and transfer documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, pallet transfer units, shrink bundlers, strapping machines, shrink wrappers, pallet scales, and conveyors.
Inventory & Supply Management
+ Perform daily cycle counts in assigned areas using an RF gun and assist Inventory Control in resolving discrepancies.
+ Monitor operating supply levels and proactively communicate replenishment needs to the area coach.
+ Maintain and backfill respective work areas to ensure supplies remain consistently available.
Housekeeping & Safety
+ Perform routine cleanup and light maintenance to uphold high housekeeping standards throughout the facility
+ Drive housekeeping readiness in preparation for internal and external audits
+ Actively participate in all safety programs and consistently apply safety knowledge in day-to-day activities
** Qualifications*
* Education & Experience
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) warehouse environment.
Required Skills & Abilities
+ Ability to learn, retain, and apply WIs, SOPs, and relevant regulatory requirements.
+ Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to follow multi-step processes.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills with peers and management.
+ Reliable transportation required; position may require travel between multiple warehouse locations.
+ Proficient in computer-based data entry, RF gun transactions, and information retrieval systems.
+ Ability to perform basic math functions using a calculator (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rounding).
+ Willingness to follow directions as assigned by management, coaches, peers, or written instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
