Job Title: Warehouse Associate (GMP Environment)
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.57/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: 6-Month Contract
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, scaling, and loading customer orders for internal and external distribution. This role supports daily warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with GMP standards, safety policies, and quality procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, stage, and load orders using RF scanners
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and inventory documentation
Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies; notify leadership when reordering is needed
Maintain a clean and audit-ready work environment
Participate in training for Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, safety, and company policies
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, strapping machines, pallet scales, and conveyors
Complete data entry and RF transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Support a team-oriented, continuously improving warehouse environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of GMP warehouse experience
Experience using RF scanners and performing cycle counts
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
Ability to adapt to changing work assignments
Reliable transportation (may require working at multiple warehouse sites)
Preferred:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Regularly lift up to 20 lbs
Frequently lift up to 40 lbs
Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs with assistance
