Job OverviewOur client Bloom Energy, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Load and unload standard and oversized materials to/from trucks
- Inspect products for damages or discrepancies
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
- Complete required transactions in Oracle
- Create barcoded/non-barcoded labels to place on packages/boxes/pallets
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, rolling carts, forklifts to safely move material to stock locations
- Send inbound receipt information to recipients via email
- Route material to Bloom cross‑functional teams/departments through inter‑company delivery team
- Acknowledge material requests in Quickbase
- Pull material requests and perform audit to ensure 100% accuracy is maintained at all times
- Work closely with our Field Services Planning and Engineering teams to review and process field returned material in Oracle, Quickbase, Salesforce
- Consolidate material in racks, bins or lanes to maximize the usage of warehouse footprint
- Breakdown boxes/crates for recycling, sort scrap material and separate metal for reclamation value
- Troubleshoot receiving and inventory discrepancies and report findings to Department Lead/Manager
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations
- Perform monthly cycle counts
- Perform annual Physical Inventory if needed
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S) of the warehouse operations area and comply with safety requirements
- 4+ years working experience in Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years working experience with Forklift, pallet jacks (electric, non‑electric)
- Working knowledge of Quickbase, Oracle
- Flexible within a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
- Heavy lifting of up to 50lbs
- Solid math skills
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow through on inventory issues
- Superior organizational skills
- Team‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency for deliverables
- Flexible to work overtime on weekdays, weekends and/or company holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with immediate, cross‑functional teams at Bloom, as well as external teams such as carriers, suppliers
- Display positive energy and exceptional work‑ethics
- General understanding of the warehouse practices
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
