Material Handler; Temporary

Hourly Pay: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour

• Warehouse Operations: Perform inbound receiving, inspection, labeling, and put-away of incoming shipments.
• Warehouse Operations: Execute outbound order picking, packing, and palletizing according to shipment requirements.
• Warehouse Operations: Maintain accurate inventory transactions through WMS or manual logs.
• Warehouse Operations: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Warehouse Operations: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Delivery & Driver Tasks: Perform local deliveries and pickups for company shipments between warehouse, 3PL sites, service centers, and other destinations.
• Delivery & Driver Tasks: Ensure all items are properly loaded, secured, and documented before transport.
• Delivery & Driver Tasks: Verify delivery paperwork and obtain proper signatures upon completion.
• Delivery & Driver Tasks: Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks before each trip.
• Delivery & Driver Tasks: Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while driving.
• General Support: Support logistics team on special projects, warehouse re-layout, or stock transfer operations.
• General Support: Communicate proactively with supervisors and internal teams regarding shipment or delivery status.
• General Support: Report any vehicle or warehouse equipment issues immediately.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (commercial license a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Excel, WMS, or barcode scanner use).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

• Primarily warehouse environment with occasional outdoor delivery tasks.
• Standard working hours; occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on delivery schedules.
