Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout auto-related facilities, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorization for entry, and direct visitors, deliveries, and contractors according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and escalating concerns through the chain of command;
Complete detailed reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership
