As a Security Officer - Auto Site Unarmed Patrol in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the automotive industry, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a welcoming atmosphere, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or conditions within the location, including parking lots, entry points, and restricted areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with facility staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting irregularities as required.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site protocols.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
