Base Salary: $200,000 per year

We partner with insurance carriers, financial institutions, OEMs, fleets, and enterprise platforms to embed automotive savings and protection directly into their ecosystems.
We are hiring a revenue-driven VP of Sales to accelerate enterprise growth across multiple verticals.
Role OverviewThis is not a managerial-only role. We are seeking a hands‑on revenue leader who:
- Personally hunts and closes enterprise deals
- Builds and leads a high‑performance sales team
- Leverages an existing executive Rolodex
This is a hybrid role based in Fremont, CA, requiring regular in‑office collaboration and travel for client meetings and industry events.

- Originate and close enterprise partnerships
- Personally close deals with a minimum contract value of One hundred thousand dollars per year
- Lead complex multi‑stakeholder negotiations
- Structure rev‑share, bundled, and enterprise pricing agreements
- Own executive‑level relationship management
- Recruit, coach, and manage enterprise sales team
- Implement pipeline discipline and forecasting rigor
- Develop vertical‑specific playbooks
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Identify and unlock new distribution channels
- Drive embedded partnership strategy
- Represent Way at industry conferences and executive forums
- 5+ years in senior sales leadership
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals of One hundred thousand dollars + annual contract value (ACV)
- Existing executive‑level Rolodex in insurance, financial services, OEM/automotive, or adjacent enterprise ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi‑product solutions
- Experience navigating procurement, compliance, and enterprise IT environments
- Based in or willing to commute to Fremont, CA (hybrid model)
- Minimum $100K ACV per closed enterprise deal
- New vertical revenue contribution
- Cross‑sell across Way products
