We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in staffing sales to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will own the full sales lifecycle for staffing and project initiatives. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities
, expanding relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional service.
- Drive revenue growth by increasing headcount, revenue, and margins within client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client needs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Oversee client relationships through pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to clearly communicate client requirements and ensure successful candidate delivery.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions.
- At least 3 years of experience in staffing sales
. - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills; prior sales experience is a major plus.
- Proficiency in Linked In and other social media platforms for networking.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
