• Respond to leads promptly via phone and internet to provide product information and answer questions.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in‑store appointment, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles, negotiating terms, and arranging payment options that fit their lifestyles and budgets.
• Follow up with customers post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction and facilitate transition to the Service department.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data within Auto Nation’s systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Prior sales or retail experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Drive to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and a willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
