Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pest management solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate company services to prospective clients in an outside sales environment.
  • Negotiate and close new commercial contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and manage a daily schedule of sales activities, utilizing both creative sources and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and closing sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
