Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pest management solutions.
- Present and demonstrate company services to prospective clients in an outside sales environment.
- Negotiate and close new commercial contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage a daily schedule of sales activities, utilizing both creative sources and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
- 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Proven track record of success in new business development and closing sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at multiple organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
