Role OverviewWe are seeking a Linked In Lead Generation & Brand Specialist to grow our Linked In presence, build professional relationships, and generate qualified business conversations. This is not a hard‑sales role. The focus is on brand building, relationship development, and long‑term lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities- Brand & Content Development
- Optimize and manage our Linked In company page
- Create and publish 3–5 posts per week highlighting projects, equipment solutions, demos, and industry insights
- Assist with simple visuals using Canva or similar tools (optional)
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with:
- Chefs
- Restaurant and franchise owners
- Hotel and catering F&B directors
- Kitchen consultants
- Architects and design firms
- Food service buyers and procurement managers
- Institutional buyers, including:
- Corporate cafeterias and office campuses
- Government facilities
- School districts, colleges, and universities
- Hospitals and healthcare systems
- Large event centers and convention centers
- Community kitchens and shelter homes
- Religious institutions (temples, churches, mosques, etc.)
- Senior living and assisted living communities
- Send professional, friendly connection messages
- Maintain structured, non‑pushy follow‑ups
- Book calls and meetings for the sales team
- Identify and connect with:
- Experience with Linked In B2B lead generation
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media posting and content formatting
- Background or interest in hospitality, restaurant equipment, or B2B sales (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator (bonus)
- Organized, self‑driven, and detail‑oriented
- Proven experience in lead generation or B2B outreach
- Ability to research and identify market opportunities
- Strong professional communication skills
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or B2B sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
