Business Solutions Manager with Ultimate Staffing

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support professional to join our client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and provide exceptional day‑to‑day support for field sales teams, distributors, and key accounts across North America. This role is critical in managing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Sales & Customer Support:
  Prepare and manage customer quotations, respond to inquiries, and maintain timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Order Management:
  Process and track sales orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Systems & Data Management:
  Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce); support basic reporting.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support commercial execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 2‑5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, preferably in B2B or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on‑site in Fremont, CA.

• Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or fiber optics.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Spanish language skills for customer and distributor communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

The position requires standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
