Your Responsibilities

• Grow your business using lead generation, networking, and KW systems
• Support clients through buying, selling, and investing transactions
• Host property tours, showings, and client consultations

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and referrals

Who You Are

• Hold a California Real Estate License or are actively enrolled in licensing courses
• Driven, coachable, and eager to develop new skills
• Strong communicator with a relationship-focused approach
