Marketing Specialist, Indian Market

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a key role in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, designing compelling creatives for various advertising platforms, and building strong online communities around our brand. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, content marketing best practices, and graphic design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Curate and execute social media content and campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and stories to drive engagement on social media.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize areas for improvement.
• Design compelling visuals (videos, statics and graphics) for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Build and nurture online communities around the brand through social media engagement, online forums, and partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Assist in developing content for the Indian store-front to highlight promotions, new products, exciting collections, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have portfolio to be considered.
• Deep understanding of the Indian community, including their food trends and culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
• This role will require to be onsite Mon-Fri in Fremont, CA.

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,.
• This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
