Cable Assembler (Electro-Mechanical) in Fremont, CA Randstad Staffing is seeking skilled Cable Assemblers to join a premier manufacturing team. This is a precision-focused role for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality components from the ground up. Position Overview:

As a Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cable production—from cutting and stripping raw wire to final testing and inspection. • Technical Assembly: Cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires using both automated machinery and manual hand tools.
• Component Integration: Insert contacts into connectors, install back shells, and apply heat shrink tubing or tie wraps.
• Advanced Builds: Build harness boards and perform flat ribbon cable assembly and soldering.
• Quality Testing: Conduct visual inspections, electrical testing, and pull tests on completed wires and devices.
• Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
