Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr + DOE

Location: Fremont, CA (Local Candidates Only)

Position Type: Full Time

• Work independently to maintain and operate all Chemical and Gas delivery equipment.
• Knowledge of how the Mechanical portion of the equipment works, identifying individual components included in each assembly, and performing non-invasive preventive maintenance.
• Perform daily rounds, including verifying purifier set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory levels, and verifying monitoring systems.
• Maintain product inventories.
• Perform container change-outs.

• Strong Mechanical skills and Sub-fab experience required for Semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
• Must be physically capable of extended standing, walking over 5 miles per shift, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and overhead reaching.
• Required to wear full PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, earplugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and safety boots.
• May need to wear a Supplied Air Respirator for short durations during chemical handling tasks.

• Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and perform bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in confined spaces, work at heights on ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of this job.
