Job Description
Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field required;
Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 7 years of experience in semiconductor or hard disk drive wafer manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in wafer capacity planning, line loading, and logistics management
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience managing and mentoring teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to semiconductor manufacturing
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 20%)
