  • Comply with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines and standards, while providing oversight for training and quality assurance activities to improve collision repair excellence.
  • Earn and maintain expertise in Tesla products, liaise with internal partners for updates on product development and new releases, and handle any additional responsibilities as needed and assigned.

  • Excellent inter‑department coordination, resource allocation, and communication skills for working with technicians, engineers, and senior leaders.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, cloud applications, and tools like Toolbox.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently in limited supervision environments.
  • Willingness for 50% travel domestically and internationally based on business needs, plus capability to lift 50 lbs. and drive a forklift.
  • Certificate from Vocational School in collision or equivalent, with a valid driver’s license (preferred).
