Manager, Approved Collision Center Programs

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking an energetic professional Manager of Approved Collision Center Programs. The role will be responsible for leading a multi‑functional team of professionals located across North America with the goal of delivering an exceptional repair experience that meet all Tesla operating standards, while reducing the cost of ownership for our customers through our Tesla Approved Collision Center (TACC) network.

This position requires a strong understanding of collision business processes and operations, vendor management principles, and project management. You must be a strong strategic problem solver who can work in a fast‑paced environment, capable of multi‑tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals and objectives.

• Lead a multi‑functional and global team of professionals
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure all TACChave the systems access, knowledge, and up‑to‑dateresource store repair customers’ vehicles to Tesla’s expectations
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency driving Key Performance Indicators
• Oversee and assist with resolving customer escalations
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve Tesla’s standard of operational excellence
• Partner with legal team to maintain contract language for program expectations
• Communicate program changes to thousands of external recipients

• 10+ years of experience in the collision or auto repair program industries
• 3+ years of leading teams
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and present to large diverse groups, including executives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
• Able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoy challenges
• Approximately 25% travel domestically or internationally
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems and programs with advanced data analysis skills

$132,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
