What This Role Involves Driving Performance

• Bring global WD HSSE and client safety strategies to life within the account, ensuring they are effectively implemented across operations.
• Offer guidance on risk reduction and support teams in identifying practical, cost-effective safety solutions.
• Stay updated on legal requirements and communicate changes that may affect operations or client compliance.
• Oversee risk assessments and ensure they meet both legal standards and client expectations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement account-wide safety communication plans.

• Foster a culture where safety is prioritized across the entire account.
• Lead and develop the account’s HSSE team to ensure strong operational management.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to enhance HSSE collaboration.
• Represent JLL’s and the client’s safety standards at all levels, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee third‑party vendor compliance with both JLL and client HSSE standards.

• Support the rollout of JLL’s regional HSSE policies, ensuring adherence across all operations.
• Champion best practices in HSE training and contractor safety management.
• Support updates to legislation and manage any required changes to ensure compliance.
• Lead assurance and audit activities, and assist in managing risks related to HSSE obligations.

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with the client and local stakeholders.
• Regularly engage in client meetings and feedback sessions.
• Actively adapt to evolving client priorities and drive innovation in HSSE service delivery.
• Standardize and improve processes to enhance safety and operational excellence.

• Lead by example and act as a mentor to direct reports, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Identify team strengths and skills gaps, coaching and reallocating resources to improve performance.
• Create a structured development and succession plan to ensure long‑term operational resilience.
• Align team goals with client objectives and JLL’s broader HSSE strategy.

• 8+ years of HSSE leadership experience, especially in real estate or facilities management.
• Proven success managing multi‑site safety operations across several countries.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 systems and auditing.
• Familiarity with digital HSE platforms and data management tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement in a matrixed or multinational structure.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex safety issues and implement long‑term solutions.
