Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well‑known law school
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• 5+ years of experience working within the Energy/Manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment, financing, international business, engineering, construction, sales, contracts, or procurement
• Proven track record of success in providing strategic legal counsel and managing complex legal matters
• Demonstrated bilingual capability in Mandarin and English;
  Mandarin language proficiency strongly preferred
