About the Role

The Vice President of Legal Affairs will be integral in shaping the future of our innovative health and wellness brand. We are looking for a collaborative legal partner who can support our dynamic marketing, advertising, and brand initiatives while ensuring compliance with FTC regulations and consumer protection laws. This role demands a practical, business-oriented mindset, adept at balancing legal requirements with rapid business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and managing commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Overseeing talent partnerships and managing legal disputes.
• Administering corporate insurance programs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various legal matters.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• At least 12 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, preferably in a consumer-facing company.
• A strong foundation in marketing and advertising law.
• Expertise in FTC rules and consumer protection laws.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
