We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our growing global legal needs. The role focuses on managing complex litigation, counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more, including multi‑million dollar disputes. You will help minimize risk and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings, as well as collaborate with vendors and industry partners.

• Lead and manage complex litigation and risk counseling.
• Draft motions, briefs, take depositions, conduct oral arguments, negotiate settlements, and try cases.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk in new and developing legal frameworks.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.

• JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, litigation drafting, depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Eye for detail and a creative mindset.
