Who We Are
Zerova Technologies is a global leader in AC Level 2 and DC Level 3 EV charging solutions, powering EV brands in 60+ countries. As a pure white-label provider and subsidiary of Phihong Technology, we bring 50+ years of power-electronics expertise to the EV market. With operations across North America, Asia, and EMEA-we're expanding rapidly to support the transition to electrified mobility.
Our culture: collaborative, customer-first, and mission-driven. Join a team that's building reliable, open, and sustainable charging infrastructure.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Be the first call that keeps chargers charging: troubleshoot AC/DC EVSE, diagnose faults, and deliver resolutions with precision.
- Own the case, close the loop: log, track, and resolve issues in Salesforce Service Cloud to meet SLAs.
- Turn data into answers: analyze OCPP logs, PCAPs, SLAC tests, and network traces to find root causes.
- Level up the ecosystem: deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and technicians in Zerova's certification program.
- Collaborate across teams: work with R&D and third-party SLA partners to drive continuous product improvement.
- Be field-ready: travel primarily within CA/West Coast, with occasional nationwide assignments.
- Associate's in EE/Electronics or related field (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2+ years in EVSE, power electronics, or field technical support/maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of:
- AC/DC power systems: 208/480V 3-phase, low-voltage controls
- Networking: TCP/IP, OCPP, VPNs, cellular connectivity
- Safety: NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E
- Proficient with service/ticketing tools (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred).
- Strong communicator with customers, electricians, and third-party providers.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work safely in field environments, and follow procedures.
- Nice-to-have: EVITP, NABCEP, or OEM EVSE certifications (not mandatory).
- Competitive salary + KPI-driven bonus program (performance & service metrics).
- Medical, dental, vision coverage.
- 401(k) with company contribution.
- PTO and paid company holidays.
- Structured career path to Senior Technician and FAE roles.
- Certification support & ongoing technical training (EVITP, OCPP, manufacturer-specific).
- Work with advanced diagnostic platforms and AI-driven service tools; participate in interoperability testing and collaborate globally.
- Mileage reimbursement & travel expenses covered.
- Build the future with a global EVSE leader growing U.S. operations and launching a new engineering center in 2026.
