The Emulation Hardware Support Manager will lead a global team of engineers responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing emulation hardware systems (e.g., FPGA‑based platforms) across hybrid environments, including on‑premises data centers, cloud infrastructure, and customer sites. This role requires a strategic leader who combines technical expertise in hardware systems with operational excellence, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure 99.9%+ uptime, rapid incident resolution, and scalable infrastructure growth.
The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in hardware reliability, automation, and support processes while managing a 24/7 operational environment. This position serves as a critical bridge between R&D, IT, facilities, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment between product design, infrastructure capabilities, and customer needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 19+ Emulation Hardware Support Engineers across multiple regions.
- Design and oversee on‑call rotations, training programs, and career development plans to build expertise in FPGA‑based systems, Linux administration, and network diagnostics.
