Infrastructure Analyst (Permanent Employment)
Location:
Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
The Infrastructure Support Analyst will provide support for troubleshooting and problem resolution, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various compute and network infrastructure components within the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the integrity and security of the enterprise infrastructure.
- Monitor, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve open incident and trouble tickets related to the infrastructure environment.
- Provide onsite and remote access analysis and resolution of network and server related issues.
- Serve as level 1 liaison between the infrastructure teams and the end‑user community for support issues.
- Support the Active Directory environment including user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Support the enterprise telephony and network platforms, including VPN and firewalls.
- Support remote site connectivity, including problem identification and working with vendors for resolution.
- Participate and assist the infrastructure team with projects, technology upgrades, maintenance, and other team initiatives.
- Document processes and procedures according to team standards.
- Adhere to change control practices.
- Complete tasks and manage projects efficiently and on‑time.
3+ years’ IT experience. Must have experience with Active Directory domains, Windows servers, and Microsoft server applications. Fundamental knowledge of IP, LAN, and WAN technologies. Familiar with virtual server environments and storage systems. Experience provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting communications circuits (Voice PRI’s, broadband, MPLS, etc.) is also a plus.

- Ability to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
- Ability to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
- Alertness at all times; pay close attention to details.
- Ability to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
