RoleTechnology Lead - Microsoft FIM
Location:
Newmont, CA
Duration:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Primary Experience working with Microsoft FIM (Forefront Identity Manager) and ADFS
- Trouble shoot issues related to FIM
- Knowledge pertaining to Configuration, Integration and Support for Duo 2factor authentication product.
- User and device administration using Duo security 2FA product.
- Understanding of other security aspects such as identity and access management, and its integration with two-factor authentication technology.
- Understanding of current enterprise technologies including networking, virtualization, web applications, UNIX, Microsoft platform etc.
- Production Support experience – Providing L2 and L3 Support (16X5)
- Worked on Incidents/Request and Change management process and understanding customer SLA.
