Position OverviewThe Emulation Hardware Support Manager will lead a global team of engineers responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing emulation hardware systems (e.g., FPGA-based platforms) across hybrid environments, including on-premises data centers, cloud infrastructure, and customer sites. This role requires a strategic leader who combines technical expertise in hardware systems with operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure 99.9%+ uptime, rapid incident resolution, and scalable infrastructure growth.
The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in hardware reliability, automation, and support processes while managing a 24/7 operational environment. This position serves as a critical bridge between R&D, IT, facilities, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment between product design, infrastructure capabilities, and customer needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 19+ Emulation Hardware Support Engineers across multiple regions.
Design and oversee on-call rotations, training programs, and career development plans to build expertise in FPGA-based systems, Linux administration, and network diagnostics.
Implement performance metrics (e.g., MTTR < 2 hours,
