Tesla's Commercial Charging team is dedicated to building and scaling the world's largest, most reliable, and most convenient charging network. As our network grows, so do our operational commitments to customers and regulatory partners. We are seeking a data-driven Technical Program Manager to own the monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of our fleet's health. This role is critical to ensuring we meet and exceed our performance SLAs and compliance obligations globally.
You will provide the analytical backbone for our operations, transforming raw metrics into actionable insights.
This role may sit out of Fremont, CA or Buffalo, NY.
