IT Planning Procurement Analyst

Position

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Planning Procurement Analyst in Fremont, CA.

Summary:

As an IT Planning Analyst, your job will be to gather and understand requirements related to projects, services, and software in order to ensure purchases follow process, and are aligned with financial planning and within the business forecast.

A successful candidate must be able to fill a variety of roles, and this one is no different. You must be able to switch between:

• Project Coordinator
• Business Analyst

• Submission of IT related purchase requests globally
• Accuracy Verification:
  Cross-check purchase details such as pricing, specifications, and quantities against quotes or vendor agreements;
  Ensure there are no discrepancies in the order of details
• Provide basic analysis and summary reports using multiple data points
• Liaise with internal customers to capture requirements
• Complete various tasks via ticketing system to support the entire IT Organization

• Moderately proficient in Excel
• Attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Motivated, self-starter, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Quick to respond to escalated issues
• Ability to show thoughtfulness, attention to detail and accountability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
