Business Analyst (BA):
The role requires a consultant to act as an interface between the software developer and the client. The analyst interacts with the client, understands their requirements and directs the development team to create solutions.

• Requirement gathering.
• Presentations to the client about the progress of the project.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Experience in managing projects for clients.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in PM or IT domain.

• Excellent pay structure, ranging from 52,000 to 62,000 per annum with increment every six months.
• H1-B Visa sponsorship to candidates who are on F1 visa status.
• Green Card Processing through PERM for eligible candidates.
• Health Insurance (Medical, Vision and Dental), Commuter's benefit, FSA, DSA and many more.
