• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or a related position, along with a strong portfolio displaying web and mobile app design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies for user research.
• Experience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Strong grasp of visual design concepts, such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and adeptness at task prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in designing for educational platforms or online learning environments is a plus.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.

• Develop and maintain a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and user interactions.
• Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI to keep our platforms innovative.
• Construct user personas, journey maps, and other design materials to steer product decisions and feature development.
• Partner with product and content teams to translate business needs into sophisticated design solutions.
