Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time opportunity. This role will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee development initiatives

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain company policies, records, and internal documentation
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and COBRA coordination
  • Manage semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide the headcount and payroll report to HQ monthly.
  • Coordinate all HR related audits (e.g., 401(k), workers’ compensation, payroll, and compliance audits)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (e.g., California), and local labor laws
  • Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR policies
  • Manage HR annual budget planning and expense tracking
  • Manage office supplies and building maintenance
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in HR policies, practices, and compliance, including workplace laws and regulations
  • 3–5+ years of experience in administration. HR
  • Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong capabilities in performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Proficiency in ADPpayroll systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
