We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time opportunity. This role will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee development initiatives
Key Responsibilities- Maintain company policies, records, and internal documentation
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and COBRA coordination
- Manage semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide the headcount and payroll report to HQ monthly.
- Coordinate all HR related audits (e.g., 401(k), workers’ compensation, payroll, and compliance audits)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (e.g., California), and local labor laws
- Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR policies
- Manage HR annual budget planning and expense tracking
- Manage office supplies and building maintenance
- Knowledge and experience in HR policies, practices, and compliance, including workplace laws and regulations
- 3–5+ years of experience in administration. HR
- Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong capabilities in performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Proficiency in ADPpayroll systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
