Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for engineering, professional and management roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, understands the unique challenges of hiring in a manufacturing environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings, company job boards such as Indeed and Linked in to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume engineering roles.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and progress using ATS and excel spreadsheet.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to adjust quickly to changing hiring needs and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ year full cycle of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
