In this role, you will partner with Tesla's Supply Chain hiring managers and leaders to determine recruitment needs.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers in our Supply Chain organization to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
• Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess technical baseline and skills needed for success in the Tesla environment.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
• Partner closely with a sourcer to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience.

• Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate talent sources and assisting them with assessment.
• Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends.
• Combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.

$60,000 - $114,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
