School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a substitute, school-based position in Fremont, CA. The Substitute RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will support students through individualized behavioral programs. This is an as-needed position with a part-time schedule of up to 15 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time.

• Implement behavior plans and IEPs
• Support classroom and individual student needs
• Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
• Respond to crisis intervention
• Communicate with school and district staff

• CPI Blue Card or willing to obtain
• At least 1 year of experience implementing behavior intervention plans with students with special needs in home or school settings
• Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
