We are currently hiring a full time Licensed Therapist - Outpatient Services for Fremont Hospital
!
This position qualifies for a sign-on bonus of $5,000!
The Licensed Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients in a variety of formats including individual, group, and family therapies to address a range of mental health and emotional needs. The Licensed Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience.
They exercise sound judgment and clinical excellence and sustain therapeutic alliance and patient satisfaction.
